صقور قريش السورية في حرب النجوم .. وعتاب قاس على زحل …. ‏بقلم: نارام سرجون‏

منذ عامين وخبراء التحاليل السياسية يطلون علينا من كل النوافذ ويحلون ضيوفا ثقلاء علينا رغما عنا ليحددوا لنا مواجع النظام السوري وموالاته وأن وضعهما يشبه ركاب طائرة وطاقمها وهم يواجهون توقف محركات طائرتهم في الجو وهي تطير طيرانا شراعيا فاما أن تتحطم أو أن تحط اضطراريا في أحد المطارات الاسلامية ليقودها ذوو اللحى .. ويؤكد المعرضون بثقة اليقين أنه لاتبدو النجاة من مصائر تونس وليبيا ومصر واليمن الا حلما مستحيلا وبأن علينا أن نختار احدى طرق السقوط على النموذج الليبي أو اليمني أو يمكننا أن نختار طريقة خاصة بنا لايشبهها شيء..

وقد كانت الأيام الأخيرة من عام 2012 في حياة الأزمة السورية تشبه صفحة “الحظ والنجوم” في المجلات والجرائد والتي فيها عبارات التطمين على المستقبل وبعض التحذيرات الملتبسة والبشائر لكلا الطرفين حيث تقول الأبراج لقرائها كلاما غامضا عن حب ينتظر ومال يسقط من السماء وعن عدو يتربص بك ويندم .. ولكن أظرف قراءات للنجوم والأفلاك هي تلك التي انخرط فيها السياسيون المشتغلون على تدمير الدولة الوطنية السورية وخلطوا “عبقريتهم” السياسية بنكهات رواسب القهوة وحب الهيل ونثروا عليها بعضا من غبار الأقمار والكواكب فأسقطوا النظام السوري في شباك عنكبوت العام 2012 .. وأخذونا الى نوافذ اليقين المطلة على الزمن لنرى زحلا يمر مع عطارد كثورين هائجين من ثيران الجحيم ويهرسان النظام السوري ..

حتى عطارد والزهرة صارا ثائرين وعضوين من أعضاء المجالس الثورية والائتلافات .. وقرر زحل أن يرمي بالحلقات الشهيرة المحيطة به كالأساور ويرتدي علم الثورة السورية ويجلس الى جانب القس جورج صبرة والنبي رياض الشقفة فيما أعلن المريخ والمشتري وعطارد انشقاقهم عن المجموعة الشمسية للالتحاق بالثورة .. وأمسك تيار المستقبل بمدارات الافلاك وخطوطها المنحنية والمقوسة ولعب بالكواكب كما يلعب بكرة السلة .. ورمى برأس النظام السوري في سلة عام 2012 ..

وتدافع المنجمون وشربت الكواكب جميعا من فناجين القهوة وأمسك الجميع بيد النظام لقراءة بخته حتى أن عطارد مد يده لقراء الحظ ليقرؤوا له حظه لشدة ماأظهروه من يقين في علوم الغيب .. وكل يريد ان يسبق الى نيل شرف اعلان سقوط النظام السوري الذي صار مثل نيزك بارد انتهت رحلته ..

سهرة رأس السنة الماضية لاتنسى حيث النبوءات شربت من ماء اليقين وتنشفت من انعكاس وهج ضوء الشمس على وجه زحل ووجه المشتري وخاصة في حديث الثورة الذي قدمه لنا عضو الكنيست الاسرائيلي عزمي بشارة (سفير اسرائيل في الدوحة) الذي استهل حرب النجوم علينا .. وكان عبارة عن بيان وخطة عمل لما بعد الأسد بعد أن قام عزمي بتفتيش العام الجديد تفتيشا دقيقا كما رجال المباحث الجنائية ..وأفرغ لنا جيوب العام 2012 من الأسرار والمفاتيح ووضعها لنا على الطاولة قبل أن ينثر محتويات حقائبه على الأرض وثيابه الداخلية .. وكاد عزمي بشارة (المكلف بمهمة تجسس على عقولنا وزرع الألغام فيها) أن يمسك بشاربيه الكبيرين ويقول: سأحلق شاربي ان لم يسقط النظام عام 2012 .. لكنه لم يفعل وتمالك نفسه في آخر لحظة لأن شاربيه عزيزان على قلبه كثيرا كما يبدو ..

 

وأعتقد أن الرجل هذا العام سيكون اكثر تعقلا- ان عاود قراءة فناجين القهوة وممارسة فن التبصير والتنجيم – ولن يقترب من شاربيه الكبيرين العزيزين على قلبه اللذين كاد يفقدهما في لحظة حماس واندفاع في حرب النجوم والكواكب ..

 

وأتوقع سهرة ممتعة في ليلة رأس السنة هذا العام .. لن تقل عن متعة العام الماضي وحكايا النيازك والشهب .. ولاأدري ماذا سيقول فيها ضباط حرب النجوم التائقون لالقاء الفراش في شباك العنكبوت والمستعدون .. لكنني سأبحث في وجوه المنجمين وقراء (سوء الطالع) وأحضر نفسي لأسمع الحكيم سمير جعجع وهو يعاتب زحلا بعنف ويجلد ظهر عطارد على خذلانه ويلوم الزهرة ويوبخها بعد أن حلف بدماء من قتلهم على الحواجز وبدم عمر كرامي وكل عمليات الاغتيال أنه سيحلق شاربيه ان لم يسقط النظام السوري عام 2012 ..

وأنه من الممكن أن يعود الشعر الى رأسه العاري (اثر عملية انشقاق واسعة) وأن يمتلك غرة وشعرا مسبسبا لكن من غير الممكن أن ينتهي عام 2012 دون أن يكون هناك حاكم جديد لقصر الشعب .. ودون أن تسقط غرة دمشق كما سقطت غرته..

صحيح أنني لاأقرأ الطالع ولم أحاول أن أنظر في خطوط الكف لأي أحد لكنني عندما كنت أستمع لما يقال من ترهات كنت أعرف أن تلك الموجات من المنجمين ستجعل السوريين يسألون السوريين عن معنى القلق والمعارضين يسألون المعارضين كل الأسئلة عن معنى الوهم…وعندما ترى الناس يقفون على النجوم أو يسافرون اليها في مركبات الجزيرة ورواد فضائها ومركبات المستقبل والعربية فعليك أن تبقى على الأرض … فأمام النبوءة يصمت العقلاء وتشيح السيوف ببصرها الى البعيد في شرود واحتقار .. فالنبوءات لها عقول المجانين أو حلوم الأطفال ولها طعم ورق الجرائد الصفراء..

لاتقرؤوا الطالع ولاالنازل ولاتصعدوا مراكب الفضاء وتسافروا في رحلات الوهم بل تعالوا نتجول على الأرض ونعرف لماذا لم يسقط النظام السوري ولم تحرف دعوات المؤمنين وسجودهم الطويل الذي عفّر الجباه وجعل ركبهم كركبة البعير لم تحرف كوكبا واحدا عن مساره .. ولماذا يصر زحل وأورانوس والزهرة على القفز فوق قامة الرئيس الأسد العالية .. وقامات الشعب السوري رغم جيوش الايمان..وانحناء ظهور المؤمنين الراكعين .. وسجودهم الطويل في القاهرة ..وطول دعائهم على جبل عرفات ..

أنا شخصيا مذهول من حجم الرفض لهذه الثورة والصمود الذي يبديه السوريون على مختلف انتماءاتهم لأي احتمال للتخلي عن العناد الوطني المدهش .. تحدثت مع أناس فقراء وأناس لايعرفون الا الشقاء في البحث عن لقمة العيش .. وزرت بيوتا بائسة لجنود سوريين استشهدوا .. بيوت باردة في هذا الشتاء ومن غير كهرباء.. ليس فيها الا بعض الأثاث البائس والحصر والوسائد المتهالكة وكراسي القش .. ولكن من يسكنها يجعلها كناطحات السحاب في ارتفاعها .. وكجزر أوناسيس في اتساعها .. وترى الكرامة لأول مرة بشحمها ولحمها تجلس معك على كرسي أو تتكئ على الأرائك بل وتعمل بنفسها في اعداد كأس الشاي أو المتّة أو فنجان القهوة السورية حيث لاتقدم فناجين القهوة “العربية” وحيث لايوقد الغازولين النار ولاالمصابيح انما جمر المجامر .. قبل أن تسمع عبارة ينكمش لها جسمك:

يجب أن نصبر على هذه المحنة من أجل سورية .. سورية هي كل ماتبقى لدينا من حب .. ولكنها كل شيء.. وسنعطيها كل شيء

وتعتقد أن الفقراء هم وحدهم من يعاني ومن يدفع الثمن فتمرّ ببعض الموسرين من الطبقة الوسطى والتجارية الذين لم يعرفوا طعم المعاناة يوما .. وتفاجأ أن بيوتهم باردة أيضا بسبب نقص الوقود .. وأنهم صاروا يعرفون مذاق الطعام من غير خبز .. وتنام مصابيحهم من غير أن توقظها ومضات الكهرباء لأيام .. ومع هذا فانك تسمع نفس العبارة ذات الحنان والكبرياء التي سمعتها في بيوت الفقراء:

يجب أن نصبر على هذه المحنة من أجل سورية .. لم يبق لنا في هذه الدنيا الا سورية. . وسنعطيها كل شيء

تذكرت وأنا أسمع هؤلاء الناس حادثة عندما زرت يوما عائلة بريطانية ولفت نظري أن الأم وبّخت ابنتها على المائدة لأنها لم تأكل كل مافي الصحن من الطعام وعرفت منها أنها اكتسبت هذه العادة في عدم اهمال أي طعام من تجربة الحرب العالمية الثانية لأن والدتها (الجدة) وبسبب الشح الشديد للمواد الغذائية أثناء الحرب كانت ترغم أبناءها على تناول كل الطعام في الطبق لأن الوجبة الثانية قد لايتم تأمينها بسبب الحصار الألماني على السفن التجارية القادمة الى بريطانية حيث كانت سفن الألمان تغرق السفن التجارية المحملة بالغذاء .. ثم أرتني صورة شهيرة يعتز بها البريطانيون من زمن الحرب وهي صورة بائع الحليب الذي يحمل صندوق زجاجات الحليب ويسير فوق أنقاض البيوت المهدمة في لندن مبتسما مصمما على أن تستمر الحياة رغم الحرائق حوله ورجال الاطفاء والحصار .. وأرتني صورة لكومة هائلة من ملايين أوعية الطبخ المصنوعة من الألومنيوم المجموعة في الحقول والتي تخلى عنها الناس لصالح الصناعات العسكرية لاعادة صهرها لأن هياكل الطائرات المقاتلة كانت تصنع من تلك المواد لكن الحصار جعل صنع الطائرات صعبا في غياب الالومنيوم فيما كانت الطائرات الألمانية تغير بحرية على البواخر البريطانية ..فاستعمل البريطانيون أواني الفخار لطعامهم لتصنع أواني الالومنيوم هياكل الطائرات

انها روح من سينتصر كما قالت .. ومن يريد النصر عليه أن يدفع الثمن .. ولولا جوع الشعب أثناء الحرب لكانت بريطانيا الآن مجرد جزيرة مهزومة .. فيها قاعدة “عيديد” ألمانية قرب لندن وقاعدة سيلية يابانية مكان جامعة أوكسفورد .. وفيها أمير بليد بحجم حمد ووزنه .. وبدل دوقة كمبردج “كيت ماديلتون” أو أميرة ويلز الليدي دايانا .. موزة بنت مسند .. أو بالانكليزية (الليدي بانانا) ..والفرق كبير بين حضارة دايانا .. وحضارة بانانا ..وثوار الليدي بانانا ..

بالرغم من كل مايقال عن معاناة في سورية فان هناك نوعا من العدالة في توزيع المعاناة وان لم يكن في غاية الدقة والتساوي وهناك التحام من نوع ما بين طبقات المجتمع وذوبان في نزعة اللامبالاة واللااكتراث التي أنتجت بعض الأزمة وقيام المشاعر الوطنية من أنقاض الهموم وانتشار الفساد .. وأذكر هنا أن أحد الاعلاميين المصريين قال بأنه عندما زار سورية قبل الأزمة لاحظ بأن هناك نوعا من العدالة الاجتماعية تمثل في رغيف الخبز .. فالخبز الذي كان يقدم له في الفنادق الفخمة والمطاعم وفي البيوت على اختلاف انتماءاتها الطبقية والوظيفية خبز واحد وبنفس النوعية والسعر .. ولاينتمي رغيف الخبز الى أي طبقة والكل يأكل نفس نوع الرغيف على عكس الحال في مصر التي توجد فيها أنواع كثيرة من الخبز تتفاوت بين الرديء والممتاز .. فللخبز المصري طبقاته أيضا فما يؤكل في الأحياء الشعبية لايؤكل في المهندسين والمعادي اطلاقا..واليوم بدل أن ينصرف مرسي لاحضار رغيف الخبز الى قوس العدالة الاجتماعية ليحاكمه فهو منشغل بالدساتير وحروب الفتوح الاسلامية وحصار الوقود السوري في قناة السويس ليجعل من رغيف الخبز السوري رمز العدالة الاجتماعية لايؤكل الا بنفس نظام توزيع الرغيف المصري حسب الطبقات..

ولكن لماذا لايسقط النظام ويفضل الناس أن يصنعوا صمود ستالينغراد أو لينينعراد وسيأكلون حتى نشارة الخشب؟؟ ولماذا لايعبأ الشعب بأفلام الرعب التي تنتجها جبهة النصرة عمدا لارهابه ويصر على تحديها؟؟ ولماذا لاينشق الجيش على الجيش؟؟

فعندما كنت أسمع تحليلات المحللين وتصوراتهم ومحاولة فك شيفرة تماسك الجيش والشعب وهزال الانشقاقات كنت أعرف أن تلك الآراء تنظر الى مؤسسة الجيش من الخارج ولكن النظرة الفاحصة من الداخل تظهر شيئا لاتدركه عيون المحللين في الاستوديوهات وحركات أيديهم المنفعلة .. وبالطبع لايقدر عقل صفوت الزيات الصغير على تحمله أو استيعابه لأنه يرى في حمد قائده وملهمه و”راتبه” ومن كان حمد قائده العسكري لايقدر على اجراء الاستطلاع على جيوش الآخرين الا من على سنام البعير ..

سأروي لكم حادثة صغيرة قد تجيبكم وفيها من الدلائل الكثير .. وسيعرف المعارضون قبل الموالين سبب تماسك النظام وتماسك جيشه .. فقد سمعنا منذ الأيام الاولى عن شخصية قاسية القلب وبلا رحمة هي شخصية العميد ماهر الأسد وبأن فرقته الضاربة (الفرقة الرابعة) هي العمود الفقري لضرب الاحتجاجات والتمرد بعنف.. ولكن الجيش نفسه والفرقة الرابعة لم يشهدا انشقاقات ذات شأن رغم ضخ كم هائل من الكراهية والتحريض اللامحدود واختصار سورية باسم عائلة الأسد والترويج لحياة باذخة للرئيس وعائلته وأقاربه واختلاق الحديث عن انشغال الرئيس وزوجته بالتسوق رغم الأزمة..

فقد روى لي أحد ضباط الحرس الجمهوري وهو العميد (ش خ) حادثة منذ فترة ماقبل الأزمة فقال انه عندما كان برتبة مقدم اشتكى له الجنود والضباط من البرد القارس والقاسي الذي يضرب قطعاتهم في المرتفعات وهم يستعملون مواقد الحطب والفحم في مكاتبهم المؤقتة (براكات) وخيمهم فقرر التقدم بطلب الى قائده المباشر ماهر الأسد (وربما كان برتبة مقدم آنذاك) للتزود بمواقد وقود أو غاز لتدفئة الجنود والضباط بطريقة أفضل .. وحمل الاقتراح المكتوب باقتضاب وطلب مقابلة قائده المباشر في مكتبه ..وعندما دخل اليه وجده وقد وضع بجانبه موقد حطب صغيرا وهو يتابع قراءة أحد التقارير ويقرب يده الباردة من النار .. كان المكتب باردا ولايحس ببعض الدفء الا من يجلس بجوار موقد الحطب الصغير ..وعندما التفت اليه المقدم ماهر الأسد وسأله عن سبب طلب مقابلته تلكأ الرجل وبدا متلعثما وكان يمسك بالاقتراح المكتوب في يده فجعل يثنيه ويعجن الورقة بأصابعه ليخفيها لأنه أحس بالحرج من مطالبة القائد بطلب كهذا فيما القائد نفسه لم يخصص نفسه بمعاملة مميزة وتقاسم البرد وموقد الحطب مع جنوده .. وتذرع الرجل بأن سبب طلبه المقابلة كان شيئا آخر .. لكنه عاد ليحكي لجنوده وضباطه ماحدث معه .. وكان مانقله كافيا ليجعل الجنود يلتصقون بقائدهم ويؤمنون به أكثر ويقاتلون معه دون تردد ..

وهذا السلوك الانضباطي والسياسة المتبعة في تنمية عقيدة العسكري على روح تقاسم المسؤولية والمصير لم تتمكن كل الحرب الاعلامية والرشاوى وأكاذيب الجزيرة والعربية من هزيمتها أو أن تسبب اهتزازا في مؤسسة الجيش السوري والحرس الجمهوري .. حتى هذه اللحظة ..

والتجربة الانسانية واحدة فعندما يقدم حسن نصر الله ولده شهيدا ولايبادل جثته بشكل خاص الا ضمن صفقة تبادل تشمل جميع الشهداء فسيقاتل حزب الله وجمهور حزب الله .. كقلب الله.. ولن يزيل ذكره أطنان من الملوثات القرضاوية ولن تقضم جسده قوارض الاسلام الثوري..

ولكن مايحدث في صفوف المعارضة هو نقيض مذهل حيث يجلس كل المعارضين السوريين في كل الفنادق القطرية الفخمة وكل صالات الاستقبال الفرنسية والبريطانية والتركية .. وهناك أموال هائلة تنفق على قادة المعارضة وهم يتنقلون بالطائرات من عاصمة الى أخرى ومن منتجع الى آخر..وبعضهم صارت له استثمارات في عواصم العالم فيما ابناؤهم يتلقون تعليمهم في كل المدارس الغربية بهدوء ومعظمهم لديهم جنسيات غربية وهم لايفكرون بالعودة الى سورية ..أما مقاتلوهم على الأرض فيموتون وتتشرد عائلاتهم في المخيمات التركية والأردنية وتؤخذن كالسبايا الى جهاد النكاح .. ويتعرضن للحرائق والاذلال وحتى الاغتصاب .. فيما المقاتلون أنفسهم يعانون في المخابئ والأنفاق والملاجئ ..ويموتون كالذباب بالمئات في الغوطة وعلى حدود حلب وادلب ..

ولايوجد قائد واحد يجرؤ على البقاء بينهم في المناطق التي يعلنونها محررة .. وان أتى قائد واحد كل عام فانه يأتي بشكل خاطف وهو مقنّع وملثم وبنظارات شمسية لالتقاط صور تذكارية دعائية لكيد النظام قبل أن يطير بسرعة البرق الى فنادقه وصديقاته (راجع صورة برهان غليون عندما قيل انه تسلل الى ادلب متلثما وبنظارات شمسية كبيرة مثل مراهقي السعودية وزعران أمراء النفط قبل أن يعود الى مقاهي باريس) .. ولكن بقرة الثورة حلوب .. وموائدها بلا حدود .. خارج الحدود..
وهل نذكر القائد الميمون لكتيبة الفاروق عبد الرزاق طلاس بطل الثورة في حمص كيف كان يتدفأ ..؟؟ على حرارة الحب طبعا وعلى زفرات الحرة ميديا الداغستاني وزفراتها الحرّى .. والالتحام مع بقية الحرائر التحاما ثوريا .. ..

ولذلك حاول الاعلام الثوري والعربي النيل من أسطورة القيادة المميزة في الجيش السوري وحاول زعزعة الثقة بين الشعب والرئيس .. فبالرغم من أن الرئيس وكل أفراد عائلته لم يغادروا دمشق لحظة واحدة منذ سنتين – وهذا يقين – وقرروا البقاء مع الناس فان الاعلام وزعهم في أنحاء الأرض ليوحي للسوريين أنهم شعب تركه قادته وانصرفوا بأنانية الى عواصم العالم كما يفعل ملاك المزارع في فصول الشتاء العاتية ..

فمرة يقال ان زوجة الرئيس في لندن وأنه نفسه غادر دمشق الى اللاذقية .. بل ان شقيقته بشرى قد شوهدت مع أبنائها في الأمارات العربية رغم أن العاقل يرى أن آخر مكان يمكن أن تذهب اليه عائلة سورية بحجم عائلة الرئيس الأسد في هذه الظروف الأمنية هو الامارات لأنها مجال لنشاط معارض منذ زمن كما أن فيها نشاطا استخباريا غربيا واسرائيليا بلا حدود بدليل اغتيال محمود المبحوح الذي سرب خبر سفره عن طريق عملاء حماس في دمشق ..الى جهاز مخابرات عربي معروف بعلاقاته الاستخبارية باسرائيل..والموساد يسرح ويمرح في الخليج العربي المحتل دون استثناء .. ولاأبالغ ان قلت بأن عناصر الموساد آمنون في دول الخليج المحتل أكثر من أمنهم في قلب تل أبيب حيث يمكن أن يسقط صاروخ أو تقوم عملية تفجير.

. وجميعنا صرنا نعرف أن الرئيس وعائلته ليسوا في وارد الرفاهية ولا الانفصال عن أبناء الشعب ..بل ان عائلة الرئيس قدمت صهرها العماد آصف شوكت شهيدا ومزجت دمه بدم آلاف الشهداء ..فيما لم يقدم عضو سياسي معارض واحد شهيدا واحدا أو غامر بارسال ولده الى الداخل .. حتى العرعور يضم عائلته وافرادها ويخفيها خلف الأسوار ويرسل أبناء الناس بسخاء الى الموت ..

الحرب على لقمة العيش السورية المقترن بترويج رفاهية الموسرين والسياسيين وسفر عائلة الرئيس تريد اذلال الشعب السوري وتشتيت انتباهه .. لأن كل السيارات المفخخة وكل مسلسل الذبح وقطع الرؤوس وغسيل شوارعنا بالدم لم تجعل السوريين يؤمنون برياح الصحراء والرمال ولابأنفاس تركيا العفنة وهواء السلاجقة النتن .. ولم تنخلع قلوب الناس من رقصة الباتريوت على الحدود.. ولذلك يريد الثورجيون تجويع الشعب السوري وقتل عزة نفسه وكبريائه الذي قهر السيارات المفخخة وتريد بيع شرفه كما قال عقاب صقر بأنه يستر شرف صبايانا ونسائنا .. والمعروف أن أمراء الخليج مغرمون باذلال العرب ذوي الكبرياء .. اذلالهم في الوقوف على أبواب السفارات .. اذلالهم في عقود العمل .. اذلالهم في رزقهم ونسائهم ..

واليوم عندما فشل الحصار وعرف العرب أنهم لايطعموننا بل نأكل من بيادرنا.. وأننا لانشرب من واحاتهم بل من آبارنا .. وأن السوريين سيكون لهم ثروة الغاز في شواطئهم التي تغنيهم عن مال العرب والغرب؟؟ قرر العرب اذلال السوريين واغراقهم في الظلام وافراغ صوامعهم ..فبدل ضخ السلاح داخل الحدود صار الغذاء والقمح يضخان الى خارج الحدود .. ضخ السلاح الى الداخل لم ينفع .. فليضخ الخبز الى الخارج .. والخبز يجر معه الصمود .. ويجر معه الكرامة والكبرياء ..انه منطق الصحراء عندما لاتشرب الماء ويمتلئ بطنها بالزيت وهي تجتر المال من سلال أوبك .. فيصبح رأسها الكبير مليئا بالرمل فوق الرمل فوق الرمل … وروث البعير ..فوق روث البعير .. فوق روث البعير..

في نبوءات هذا العام لاأدري كم سيؤتى بالكواكب اليكم لتكذب وتمثل مثل شهود العيان على اعلام العرب وتنسيقيات الثورة .. وكم ستغير المدارات مساراتها والأفلاك من نظامها الشمسي .. وكم ستسقط النجوم العالية .. وكم سترتفع الأبراج الثورية .. وكم سيؤتى بالأرقام والاحصاءات لترقص لكم الفالص رغما عنها .. وكم سيؤتى بقراء الطالع والنازل والكف والحافر والقهوة والشاي والنفط والديزل والغاز .. وكم سيثرثر قراء فناجين البول وقراء فناجين الدم .. وكم سيقطف لكم رواد فضاء الجزيرة من النجوم والأقمار ..

Syria Issues Arrest Warrants for Hariri, Saqr and Mokdad, Sends Them to Interpol – Attorney Salameh Approves Prosecution of Hariri, Saqr

Local Editor 12-12-2012   Syria issued arrest warrants Tuesday for former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Future Movement MP Oqab Saqr and member of the Syrian opposition Loay Moakdad over charges of providing “terrorist groups” in Syria with arms and funding. “Interpol’s office at the Internal Security Forces received them [the warrants] at noon,” Interior Minister Marwan Charbel had told sources, assuring that copies had been sent to all Arab states. Almost two weeks after the Lebanese television station OTV aired audio recordings of Saqr discussing supplying Syrian rebels with arms and conveying Hariri’s hope that the rebels defeat the Syrian Army. In a quick reaction, Saqr commented on the warrant Tuesday saying he considered it a badge of honor to be on “the list of those wanted by the regime of criminality.” “The release of the arrest warrants by Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime based on forged recordings, and whose forgery has been proved by clear evidence, leaves no doubt that the process was fabricated from A to Z,” Saqr said in a statement. He went on to say that the recordings were publicized by media outlets close to Assad, dubbing him as “the butcher of our era.” Syria also issued a warrant for Free Syrian Army official Louay Meqdad. On November 7, and in an interview with the Future TV, Saqr denied having any role in arming Syrian rebels. Boldly, the Future MP asked his accusers “to sue him if they find any evidence proving his engagement is such activities.” On Friday November 30, both al-Akhbar daily and OTV channel broadcasted sound recordings for the MP in which his role in shedding the Syrian blood left no space for denies. Hours later, Saqr admitted that the sound belongs to him. In an interview with Asharq al-Awsat pan Arab daily, Saqr said: This is my voice, and these are my own words…I’m not concerned.” Acting as a hero, who seeks an honoring medal for leading the game of Syrian blood, the MP stressed: “I’m not afraid. Let them do whatever they want. I’ve always been under the law.” “I am solely responsible for my acts. Let the jurisdiction carry out its tasks,” Saqr said. He further claimed that “if they want to lift my parliamentary immunity, let them do it… I don’t take it as a cover.” Attorney Salameh Approves Prosecution of Hariri, Saqr Local Editor Attorney Rashad Salameh declared his initial approval in prosecuting former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri, MP Oqab Saqr, and official spokesperson of the so-called “Free Syrian Army” Luay al-Mekdad on charges of arming the so-called Syrian opposition. Salameh told al-Ahed News website that he had received an official Syrian request, through diplomatic channels in Lebanon, to be Syria’s attorney-at-law in prosecuting Hariri and Saqr. He had accentuated that he practices law in its “pure legal and judicial frame with no political considerations, although the nature of the case requires tackling the political point.” The attorney had mentioned convicting evidence that would be enough to file a lawsuit. Moreover, Salameh told al-Ahed that, “the compulsory proceeding of the case starts with lifting both Hariri and Saqr’s immunities,” underscoring that, “if immunity is lifted, the case would automatically refer to the Criminal Court.” Salemeh concluded with his persistence on his political, national, and Arab adoptions that had made him an attorney to this case. Sakr Stuck in Lebanese Penal Code

After what was published on both the Al-Akhbar Lebanese daily and the Otv about the “Hariri-Sakr Delicto”, revealing Lebanese MP Okab Sakr’s deep involvement in multi issues re the Syrian affairs, as well as the former PM Saad Hariri who was encouraging him to do so; it became a must to review the legal point of view in this respect.

Therefore, we asked the Head of Hamourabi Center for Legal Studies and Researches, Lawyer Ibrahim Awada, who informed us about the following:

Re what was published about the Lebanese MP Okab Sakr’s statements and his voice records in which he was encouraging gunmen, the articles mentioned in the Penal Code states the following:

Article 20 of the Lebanese Penal Code provides that “Lebanese Code is applied to every Lebanese, either committer, or initiator or accessory who committed a felony or a misdemeanor punishable under the Lebanese Penal Code.”

Article 288-R, Clause 2 provides that “punished with temporary arrest who he has committed actions, written articles or addressed speeches not authorized by the government, but exposed Lebanon to the risk of hostile acts, disturbed its relations with foreign countries or exposed the Lebanese people to reprisals against them or against their money.”

Article 289 provides that “every attack taking place on the Lebanese lands or done by a Lebanese national aiming at violently changing the constitution or the cabinet of a foreign state, or detaching any piece of its land, is punished with temporary arrest. The conspiracy that aims at any of those mentioned crimes requires at least a one-year arrest.”

Article 290-R provides that “he who recruited soldiers on the Lebanese lands, without the approval of the Lebanese government, in order to engage in a fight for the sake of a foreign state, is punished with temporary arrest or exile.”

Consequently, since Sakr’s acts expose Lebanon to risks and disturb its relations with foreign countries, as well as expose the Lebanese people to reprisals and aim at making a change in Syria, along with his leaked statements on recruiting and arming soldiers to fight in the Arab country, thus his acts are punishable under the above four mentioned Articles.

In addition, Article 291-R – amended in accordance with the Code 239 on May 27, 1993 – provides that “the punishment with arrest from 6 months to 2 years and a fine of maximum 400 thousand L.L. is required for every abetting that took place in Lebanon, or that a Lebanese committed by any of the means mentioned in Article 288, which aimed at leading land, naval or aerial soldiers of a foreign state to flee or disobey.”

In the leaked voice record, MP Sakr has clearly confessed to his acts in arming and urging Syrian soldiers to flee and disobey, thus the above article is applied to him.

Article 292 provides that “based on a complaint from the aggrieved party, same punishments are required for the following crimes:
– Insulting a foreign state, its army, its flag, or its national slogan in public.
– Insulting the president of a foreign state, its ministers or its political representative to Lebanon.
– Libeling or slandering against the president of a foreign state, its ministers or its political representative to Lebanon in public does not prove they had committed the act, the subject of slander.”

MP Sakr had committed all of those acts, thus the text provided by the article is applied to him.

Article 293 provides that “if the crime was committed on the Lebanese lands or by a Lebanese citizen against a president of a foreign country, or against any of his ministers or political representative to Lebanon, and wasn’t subjected to a specific punishment, then the penalty would be intensified in accordance to Article 257.”

This article is also applied to MP Sakr as well according to his declared statements.

Article 569-R – amended according to the legislative decree 112 on September 16, 1983 – provides that “he who denied the personal freedom of another individual, whether by kidnapping or any other means, is punished with temporary hard labor.
Punished with hard labor for life who he committed the following:
1- If the above mentioned freedom is denied for more than a month,
2- If he whose freedom was denied, has been exposed to physical or moral torture,
3- If the crime was committed against an employee during his job or when he was about to do it, or because of his affiliation to it,
4- If the crime was being motivated by sectarian or factional causes, or was a reprisal by the aggrieved party as a result of an act committed by others who belong to his sect, party or relatives,
5- If the doer used his victim as a hostage to frighten individuals, institutions or the state in order to blackmail or oblige them to do what he desired, to commit a certain act, or to abstain from doing it,
6- If the criminal seized – as a result of the attack – any of the private or public mechanized means of transport, either a car, a train, a ship, or an airplane,
7- If the crime was committed by a group of two persons or more who were armed during the crime.”
The penalty is also intensified according to Article 257, should the crime led to the death of a person as a result of terror or any other reason related to the incident.

Since MP Sakr has been acknowledged of kidnapping the Lebanese citizens, and might be involved in detaining them, thus the provided article is applied to him as well due to being involved in denying the Lebanese their freedom.

Article 308-R provides that “punished with hard labor for life who he committed an attack that targeted either provoking civil war or sectarian clashes, via arming Lebanese citizens or urging them to arm themselves against one another, or urging them to kill and steal in a region or another, and is sentenced to death penalty in case the attack took place.”

And since Sakr’s act might provoke a civil war and local riot, thus the mentioned article is applied to him.

This legal file doesn’t stop at this point, yet it accounts the former PM Saad Hariri according to:

Article 212: The doer of the crime is the one who created the elements that form the crime, or the one who directly contributed to committing it.

Article 213: Every partner in the crime is exposed to the designated punishment by Law. The punishment of he who organized the contribution to the crime, or he who directed the work of its doers, is intensified with respect to the conditions mentioned in Article 257.

Article 217: He who drove any person by any means to commit a crime is considered an initiator.

For all the above stated articles, Hariri has committed acts of accessory and was an initiator of what Sakr has done. Therefore, we consider those acts a notification of the related acts before the Preferential Public Prosecution, and the Lebanese Parliament should assume responsibility to lift his immunity, noting that in case of delicto, there is no need to lift immunity.

Lebanese Future Movement MP Okab Sakr accused Al-Akhbar of “forgery by editing” after the newspaper published parts of audio recordings that implicated him in providing arms to Syrian militants. To determine the recordings’ authenticity and whether there truly was “forgery by editing” requires an investigation by an independent and impartial party with specific technical qualifications. Following are some basic points to guide such an investigation.

First: determining the identities of the voices in the recordings. Al-Akhbar compared the voices of the people with other authoritative recordings. By counting the vibrations in the sound waves, experts employed by Al-Akhbar concluded that the voice that appears in the recording matches Sakr’s voice. Indeed, Sakr confessed to this hours after the recordings were published.

Second: figuring out the recording tool used in order to determine the timing of the recordings. This is something that is supposed to be conducted by a party authorized to investigate this matter. The process requires looking for the people who did the recording and listening to their testimonies in order to obtain the used recording device.

The recording could have been made through one of the two phones used to make the call or through a third device connected to the phone network, either through a breached phone or the phone companies. The recording could also have been done by a device that was close to one of the callers, but was not directly connected to the line. It is also possible that the material consists of many recordings that were done in a different ways.

Third: electronically dissecting the recording device used to record Sakr. Through this delicate technical operation, it is possible to determine the exact time of the recording and if it was stopped at some point and later resumed. The people that made the recording should be able to explain the reasons for doing that. Determining the timing of the entire recordings broadcast by Sakr the day before yesterday will expose the truth because it will reveal whether Sakr added further recordings to the those published by Al-Akhbar.

Fourth: determining the nature of the copies of these recordings. Keep in mind that copies allow technicians to know when they were made and not when the original recordings were made. Therefore, it is impossible to determine, by technically examining the copies, when further parts of the recording were added to them. This process requires inspecting the recording device used to preserve the original recording, i.e., the memory chip or the CD or hard drive or any other tool to which the audio recordings were transferred before they were copied and distributed.

Fifth: In addition to determining the timing by checking either the original recording device or the device used to preserve the recording, it is technically possible to examine the sound waves throughout the recording that Sakr broadcast. There are differences between a voice recorded today and the same voice recorded yesterday or few hours earlier. These differences are very minor and an average listener might not notice them but they are visible on the screens of devices that analyze sound waves. Therefore, one can reveal any addition or subtraction or manipulation of the content by examining the recording broadcast by Sakr and distributed to the media.

Sakr claims that the recordings were stolen from him. But it is not clear whether the theft includes the original recording device or copies of the recordings. There is no doubt that the recording which Sakr said he filed in court is a copy. It is not possible to determine whether there were gaps in the timing of the entire recording unless it is technically examined.

Without such an investigation, this copy gives the impression that the recording is of specific conversations that took place over the phone at a specified time. Perhaps Sakr and his associates think that the investigating authorities will be satisfied with verifying the identity of the people whose voices appear in the recording and will not consider the question of possible variations in timing.

After Al-Akhbar published authenticated recordings that documented Future MP Okab Sakr’s role in providing arms to Syrian rebels, the MP has concocted his own recordings. With the help of audio experts, Al-Akhbar easily confirmed that Sakr’s recordings, which portray him as the humanitarian savior of Syrian revolutionaries, can hardly pass muster.

By fabricating his own recordings to counter those obtained by Al-Akhbar, MP Okab Sakr wants to delude the public into believing that the recordings published by Al-Akhbar were “doctored.” Yet Sakr initially acknowledged the authenticity of the published recordings, even offering to buy them to prevent them from going public.

 

On Thursday, 6 December 2012, Sakr held a press conference of sorts, but the spectacle that ensued was unfortunate. He thought that by shouting at Al-Akhbar and his political opponents, he would be able to conceal the facts surrounding his actions. To be sure, Sakr never dared before to say one word to counter the media of the West.

When the New York Times, Time Magazine, The Times, The Guardian, and Le Figaro, all ran stories confirming that “Saudi Arabia’s man, Okab Sakr,” was supplying Syrian militants with money and weapons, Sakr remained silent. He swallowed up his bile, only to vomit it out on Thursday, in the form of 15 words of folly, ten words of lies, eight words of sheer stupidity, and four words of blind hatred.

His press conference lexicon was rich in expletives and insults, but all this impudence served only as a smokescreen to mask his lies.

Sakr wanted to convince the audience that he was not panicked by Al-Akhbar’s possession of the incriminating recordings. In fact, when this newspaper offered to jointly publish them with a number of television networks in Lebanon, Okab was tipped off.

The Future Movement MP was quick to contact officials in one of these networks (before the recordings were advertised) – using whatever favor he enjoyed with the TV network to offer the following: “You buy the recordings, and Sheikh Saad Hariri will pay you double what you paid, provided that you don’t broadcast them.”

The offer still stood last week for the unpublished recordings, even after some of the recordings were published by Al-Akhbar.

During the conference, he exhibited a misleading sense of self-confidence, just like he did back when he appeared on Paula Yacoubian’s show “Interviews.”

That day, he made a finger gun with his hand and pretended to shoot himself in the mouth on television. He said that he was going to commit suicide, but everyone understood that he was jesting. Nevertheless, Sakr came across as a ‘charmer,’ but one lacking charisma. He is a man who knows the ins and outs of the game. He knows the audience, how it thinks, and what it likes to hear.

The fact of the matter is that there is no battle taking place, even if Sakr has sought to portray things otherwise. For one thing, the recordings published by Al-Akhbar were clear and unambiguous.
No one knows this better than Sakr and nothing confirms their authenticity better than his own acknowledgment. So, what how do Sakr’s own recordings hold up?

In the recording where Sakr asks for “more advanced weapons,” published by Al-Akhbar on Friday, 30 November 2012, Sakr spliced in two technically different audio segments at the beginning and at the end of the published recordings. The gaps are noticeable when the segments are joined together, albeit this cannot be detected directly by ear without certain equipment.

 

Al-Akhbar spoke to sound engineers about Sakr’s recordings. The audio experts preferred to remain anonymous because they feared “getting involved in something this big,” one said.

The audio experts said that Sakr’s recordings were “doctored more than they needed to be.” Technically speaking, anyone can consult any engineer he likes and compare the recordings published by Al-Akhbar, which, once again, Sakr has acknowledged were authentic, and the recordings he peddled as his irate press conference.

Of course, the audio experts’ opinion needs some explanation. The figure above shows an analysis of the recording presented by MP Sakr, which had a total duration of five minutes and 12 seconds.

The sound analysis shows that the recording contains crossfades, that is, gradual transitions between two consecutive segments, appearing at 2:30 in the clip. It is a slight and inaudible “interruption,” or more precisely, a “sound gap” that can only be discerned by means of an audio analysis, according to the engineers we spoke to.

For the one minute and seven seconds that followed the section published by Al-Akhbar, which starts with “Allo, Allo, yes brother,” variations in the timbre, a measure of sound quality, are clear.

Similarly, the drop signal and the intonation are different. The first has to do with the distance between the speaker and the recording device, while the second is related to the tonality of the speaker’s voice, which is affected by his “posture” as well as other factors.

In other words, the audio experts are certain that the section which begins with the words “we need machine guns” in the recording Sakr presented at his conference, is technically different from Al-Akhbar’s clip.

In Sakr’s recording, up to the 2:30 mark, his voice had different characteristics from the subsequent one. Evidently, the first segment was added in later to Al-Akhbar’s clip. The same goes for the last segment.

From the 3:36 mark until the end of the clip, the audio characteristics are nearly the same as those of the first segment, which Sakr added to the recording. Indeed, the audio analysis shows that Sakr’s recording is divided into three segments, with crossfades added in twice.

The first crossfade appears at the beginning of the segment published by Al-Akhbar while the second can be discerned at the end of the same segment. Sakr’s clip is thus divided into three segments: the first from 0 to 2:30 (the part published by Al-Akhbar); the second from 2:30 to 3:36; and the third from 3:36 to 5:12.

The audio experts have no doubt that the clip presented by Sakr, in which he asks for machine guns, and which contains no mention of milk and blankets as he claimed, has different audio characteristics and properties, as we detailed above, and which are clearly illustrated by the figure above.

In summary, the experts concluded that Sakr added “a segment in the beginning and a segment in the end,” leaving the part published by Al-Akhbar intact, which was the only authentic segment. According to the audio experts, the least that can be said about this fabrication is that it is “not so smart.”

But MP Sakr must have known that a “scandal” such as this would not go unnoticed. Consequently, the Future Movement MP’s recording was not aimed at sound engineers or even Al-Akhbar.

So, why did Okab do it? Does he want to lure the public into the trap he claimed to have set before the recordings went public? Or maybe the man thought that games like this would be easily camouflaged by bringing the issue of the Lebanese abductees in Azaz back to the limelight?

On Friday, Sakr “gathered” some of the hostage’s relatives, with whom Sakr now has close ties, so that through them he can lash out against Al-Akhbar and OTV. Then in the evening, Ali Zugheib, one of the Lebanese hostages, appeared in a recording and read a speech written for him, where he spoke about high gasoline prices in Azaz, and claimed that there were secret detention facilities in Lebanon where Syrian and Arab prisoners of conscience are being tortured, using the same methods of the Syrian regime.

Al-Mustaqbal party MP Okab Sakr confessed to the voice records leaked to local media in Lebanon, admitting that they contain his real words by his own voice.

Speaking to the Saudi al-Sharq al-Awsat daily Monday, Sakr feared of nobody to say in public that he is deeply involved in arming the Syrian opposition groups and foreign militants.

The recordings published by Al-Akhbar newspaper unfolded Sakr’s involvement in supporting the terrorist insurgents the militant groups in Syria.

In the meantime, some figures are working hard to keep suspicions away from Al-Mustaqbal party leader, the fact which is unlike the content of the leaked calls.

“Mr. Hariri is becoming mad. He wants decisive action any way,” Sakr said in the recordings.
Worthy to recall here that during a previous interview with Future television, Sakr defied the Lebanese politicians, saying: “if they present that I gave one of those (militants in Syria) a rifle, I will stand before the court.”

“I am still at my words. Let them bring the proof and sentence me,” he added.

However, this voice record represents a conclusive evidence that Hariri tirelessly pursue Sakr’s movements.

“We are following the matter. You didn’t sleep, neither I,” Sakr said in the leaks.

“I know that, all the Saudis are also concerned,” the Lebanese MP added, amid the silence of his chief of staff MP Saad Hariri.

The Lebanese parliamentarian fears for his safety and information on his role in bombings in Syria is revealed in Al-Akhbar’s third installment of the report on the Sakr-Hariri tapes. These bombings killed dozens of civilians. As Hariri continues to delegate from afar, Saudi Arabia and Qatar intervene to block the release of Lebanese hostages in Syria.

Saad Hariri’s relationship with the Syrian opposition – with those that adopt the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in particular – dates back to 2005. And Okab Sakr was one of the first to open direct lines of communication between Hariri and the opposition.

In the beginning, when Sakr was still in Beirut, he managed “media coordination” and, at times, coordinated ground operations with Syrian opposition members. But the relationship remained in the shadows.
Despite Hariri’s original declarations of dissociation, during the early stages of the uprising in Syria, Sakr was privately working on strengthening Hariri’s ties with members of the Syrian opposition.

According to an Al-Akhbar source, in 2011 Sakr had set up an operations room, with a staff of young Syrians and Lebanese, to coordinate with a similar group in Europe, and another in Syria.

Although the protests had not yet spread far beyond Daraa, the Achrafieh-based war-room was transporting undetectable communications devices into Syria.

Hariri personally charged Sakr with the Syrian opposition file from the very start, and Sakr remained in charge after Hariri left Beirut.

As he took charge, Sakr began calling on the western-backed March 14 alliance to openly declare its position on the crisis in Syria.

And he started to worry about his safety. When his personal computer in Beirut was hacked, he insisted on leaving the country. He discussed the issue with Hariri and [assassinated security chief] Brigadier Wissam al-Hassan.

After consultations, Sakr moved to Belgium, planning to stay only a short while.

As he became more and more entangled with the Syrian opposition, however, and as Hariri remained abroad, he ended up living between Europe and Turkey.

Then, the Saudis decided to support an armed Syrian opposition, and Okab started funneling weapons.

This is the story as it has been exposed by the Hariri-Sakr tapes, which were leaked by a former associate of Sakr’s to Al-Akhbar.

The source of the tapes says that a large number of armed Syrian opposition brigades were being partly financed by Sakr.
Sakr’s associate, the source of the tapes who worked alongside Sakr in his revolutionary endeavor for more than a year, said that Sakr was giving Abu Ibrahim, the commander the Northern Storm Brigade, monthly installments of $50,000. This armed group is charged with last May’s kidnapping of 11 Lebanese pilgrims.
The source said that Hariri and Sakr tried for the release of the abductees. But when Hariri’s plane landed to take them home, Saudi and Qatar intervened to halt the effort.

While the source insisted that the fate of the kidnapped pilgrims is not entirely in the hands of Sakr, as he is certain that the latter cannot go against orders from higher up.

Despite rumors of collaboration, Sakr has always denied his role in arming the rebels.

He often dared people to prove his involvement. During a television appearance on Marcel Ghanem’s LBCI show, Sakr challenged, “If you can prove that I gave any of them a gun, I will go to court.”

He repeated his challenge on Paula Yacoubian’s show, on the Future news channel, declaring: “I stick to my words. Bring forth the evidence and take me to court.”

In yet another interview, this time in the al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper, Sakr said, “Weapons are not our thing,” He asked how they could be sending weapons to Syria, that they did not even use in Lebanon.

“We support the Syrian people with all our abilities, as instructed by [former] prime minister Saad Hariri,” he said. “And from day one,” he added: “I have not done anything without full consultation and direct orders from Saad Hariri.”

Sakr never revealed the secret behind his ability to negotiate with the armed groups, and he continued to deny his involvement in arming rebel Syrians.

He claimed that he was providing humanitarian support and that he went to Turkey to follow up on the abducted Lebanese citizens.

His top-level involvement is clear however, as he was even able to secure the release of the nine Iranians, kidnapped at the start of the Syrian uprising, by “calling in a favor.”

In today’s recording, Sakr receives a phone call from the Free Syrian Army’s (FSA) official spokesperson, Louai al-Mokdad.

Sakr asks Mokdad to stay on the line while he finishes with another call.

He tells the man on the other line that the battle will be settled. According to the source of the tape, they were discussing the battle of Maarat al-Numan.

He assures the caller that he is following up on the issue minute by minute, and that the region will not fall. He promises to keep him informed of every detail, and that he will not rest until the battle is won.

Sakr then appears to hang up with the other caller and go back to Mokdad.

He tells Mokdad that the situation is a mess.

Mokdad asks if the man on the other line was Saad Hariri; Sakr tells him that the latter is “going mad”, and that he had wanted to end the battle…

LM: They called me today more than ten times. The same needs. The smallest thing they want is medium-caliber ammunition, that is.

OS: Medium-caliber ammunition?

LM: At least. Did you put Sheikh Hariri in the picture?

OS: I did. Believe me, he is not sleeping. He is following up moment by moment and second by second. And he wants to settle it in any way. He was saying, this has to be resolved specifically, and there is no space for failure.

LM: Okab, there is a problem they are facing. Man, the region is falling and if it falls, there will be a domino effect. All the surrounding regions will fall. You know?

OS: Man, I know it is. But I told you. I spoke to his excellence and he said we had to resolve it. We did not go into the details and we will not go into the details. We have a cause we need to resolve and get it over with.

الوطواط المستصقر عقاب صقر ..هل نراه طافيا في نهر وليد جنبلاط؟؟ …‎بقلم: نارام سرجون‎

.كلما دق الكوز بالجرة ذكرنا الزعيم التقدمي بضفة النهر التي يقف بجانبها منتظرا جثث أعدائه الطافية على النهر .. وهناك ينتظرنا زعيم الحزب التقدمي وليد بيك لنصل اليه

محمولين على أكتاف النهر الذي أهداه خصوما سوريين ..ونهر جنبلاط متخصص بحمل أجساد السوريين فقط دون سواهم .. نهر وليد جنبلاط يحمل له أجساد الخصوم كالهدايا التي يحملها بابا نويل والتي يطول انتظارها لكنها تصل رغم طول الترقب وتوق الانتظار.. في انتظار النهر وهداياه يريد القديس وليد جنبلاط أن يقول لنا ان السماء في عليائها تؤيده وتستجيب دعاءه ولاترده وترسل له الهدايا مكفنة بالثواب والعقاب .. وهو يجلس كالدراويش وأهل التصوف والزهد لايؤذي أحدا لكنه يشكو الظالمين الى الله فيرسل له الله الظالمين أجسادا طافية على النهر ..

القديس جنبلاط يريد أن يقول لنا رسالة مثل كل المتدينين المجانين في هذا العالم لكن على طريقته الخاصة .. فالمجنون المؤمن جورج بوش كان ينفذ وصايا الله بحذافيرها وهو الذي كان يشرب القهوة معه ويتناول معه أكواز الذرة ويوصيه باجتياح يأجوج ومأجوج .. ثم جاء مجانين القرضاوي والعرعور والاسلاميين الذين حصلوا على وكالة حصرية سماوية بمنح صكوك الايمان والغفران وبتنفيذ أحكام الله والقصاص في الطرقات من مؤيدي النظام السوري وكل أعداء الأمريكان .. وصار العرعور الصديق الشخصي لرسول الله وهو الوحيد الذي يفهم رسول الله ويقرأ لنا عقله بل وصار من صحابته الغر الميامين .. وطغى في رواياته وفتاواه على رواة الحديث وكل فقهاء الاسلام منذ وجد هذا الدين حتى يكاد المسلم ينسى الصحابي “أبو هريرة” وهو يستمع للورع التقي راوي الفضائيات “أبو عريرة” ..

وليد بيك أذكى من الادعاء أنه قديس بشكل علني .. لكنه يوحي الينا ويشير لنا بعينيه الجاحظتين المسكينتين الى السماء لأنه صفيها ووليها وانه من السادة المنتجبين .. وعلينا أن ندرك قدسيته من استجابة السماء له عبر النهر المقدس الذي يحمل له الثارات ويطفئ له النارات ..

دروشة وتصوف الزعيم التقدمي اللبناني ذات النكهة اللاهوتية تشبه في تذبذبها وتناقضاتها كثيرا مواقف التيارات الدينية التي ظهرت في الساحة والتي تتوق للجهاد ولكن ليس ضد اسرائيل أو السعودية الفاسدة بل ضد المسلمين الشيعة .. والتي تريد اعلاء كلمة الاسلام ليس بقتال اسرائيل بل ايران وسورية وروسية والصين .. جنبلاط ومن على نهجه من الاسلاميين لاشبيه لهم الا حصان امرئ القيس الذي وصف بأنه “مكرّ مفرّ مقبل مدبر معا” .. لأن من يستمع الى جنبلاط يجد أنه (مكر مفر مقبل مدبر معا) في العام الواحد عشرين مرة على نفس الهدف .. ويكر ويفر ويقبل ويدبر عشرين ألف مرة في التجاذبات السياسية .. بل ان في الخطاب الواحد وفي السطر الواحد الذي يتحرك فيه جنبلاط كرّا (بفتح الكاف وليس بضمها) نجد فيه كلمات الفرّ الى الخلف .. ولايستطيع محلل واحد أن يحلل أو يتوقع مذاق ودرجة حموضة خطاب جنبلاط .. فهو حامض وحلو وفيه ملح وسكر وفيه المر والعذب .. ولايبدو أن هناك طريقة واحدة ناجعة لفك رموزه وشيفراته الا أذا تمت قراءته في مخبر تحاليل طبية حيث يمكن ادخاله في أجهزة تحليل البول لمعرفة علته .. وهناك لافرق بينه وبين عينات البول ..وعينات الأشياء “الأخرى”..من حيث المحتوى والنتيجة..

جنبلاط يريد أن يكون “هارون رشيد” لبنان .. فقد قيل عن الخليفة العباسي الأشهر هارون الرشيد أنه كان يحج عاما ويغزو عاما .. بالتناوب .. وسنوات جنبلاط مثل سنوات هارون الرشيد .. فجنبلاط كان يحج الى الشام ويغزو في لبنان وفي العام التالي صار يحج الى الرياض ويغزو الشام على صهوة لسانه في أزمة الحريري .. وبعدها عاد الى الحج الى الشام وغزو “تيار المستقبل” بلسانه .. ثم عاد في العام التالي الى غزواته اللسانية على الشام مع تيار المستقبل .. وفي العام القادم يتنبأ الجميع أنه يخطط ليكون من الحجاج الى دمشق ومن غزاة تيار المستقبل لأن النظام لم يسقط وصار من المحال سقوطه .. وهكذا دواليك ..وقد دخل في منافسته بقوة في الغزو والحج قادة حماس الذين كانوا يحجون الى دمشق ويغزون في غزة في نفس الوقت دون انتظار واستراحة بين العام والعام المعروفة عن هارون الرشيد .. واليوم يحجون الى قطر ويغزون في سورية في نفس الوقت .. حتى هارون الرشيد رفع حاجبيه من هذا الايمان الحمساوي الذي يحج ويغزو في نفس العام والشهر واليوم ويغير وجهة الحج والغزو..

المهم أن وليد بيك الذي يقف على ضفة النهر منتظرا سيتفاجأ أنه ليس وحده على الضفة .. بل انتشر مئات وآلاف السوريين على الضفتين حتى لامكان لوليد جنبلاط على الضفة التي يتدافع عليها الناس ويدفعونه بأكتافهم وهم يتطلعون الى أعالي النهر عله يحمل لهم أجساد أعدائهم .. وهؤلاء الناس هم أهالي الضحايا السوريين الذين يترقبون وصول دفعة من الأجساد الطافية .. البعض ينتظر جسد أردوغان وجسد أوغلو والبعض ينتظر جسد حمد بن جاسم أوجسد فرس النهر حمد بن خليفة .. وكثيرون يترقبون بتوق وصول أجساد كل الذين تغرغروا بالدم السوري من الجاسوس عزمي بشارة الى الوغد عبد الباري عطوان الذي تذكر أن يبحث عن حكماء مصر وعقلائها ليبعدوا الفتنة عن مصر محمد مرسي لكنه في سورية صفع العقلاء وكبّر للجهاد وحرض على الدم وهلل للناتو منذ اليوم الأول ولم يتذكر أن يبحث عن العقلاء .. وكثيرون ينتظرون أن يحمل النهر كل المجلس الوطني والائتلاف السوري .. وكثيرون يتلهفون لرؤية العرعور ورياض الشقفة طافيين بالأكفان بعد أن زرعا الوطن بالأكفان وألبسا الناس الأكفان حتى وهم يسيرون الى وظائفهم والى مدارسهم ولاناقة لهم ولاجمل في هذا النزاع ..

نهر وليد جنبلاط قد يفيض بالجثث ويغص اذا مااستجاب لرغبات الناس ودعواتها ولهفة عيونها الباكية .. وللأسف فان النهر لم يحمل لهم حتى الآن سوى جثة واحدة .. هي جثة وسام الحسن الذي قتله مشغلوه ورموه في النهر كما يرمي مقاتلو المعارضة السورية بجثث مقاتليهم الى نهر الفرات .. ولكن آلاف الناس تنظر وعيونها معلقة على جثة بعيدة طافية قادمة لم يتبينوا بعد هويتها .. يقول البعض انها غالبا ستكون جثة النائب اللبناني عقاب صقر.. وسبب هذا التخمين هو تسريب شريط الفيديو الذي يبدو فيه صقر متورطا ومبتهجا بعذابات السوريين ..وهو صانع من صناع الموت ومصممي الشر .. وأحد وكلاء العنف والفتنة المميزين ..وواحد ممن صار لكل سوري ثأر مع دمه الفاسد..

هذه ليست ليست رسالة تهديد للوطواط اللبناني المتواري نهارا والذي يطير في الظلام لأنني لاأمثل حركة سياسية ولاأنتمي لجهاز أمني ولاأملك مالا أشتري به قتلة كما يفعل هو وسعدو الحريري وليس لي في هذه الدنيا سوى قلم وحبر وورقة ولوحة كومبيوتر وأحزاني السورية على الأبرياء وغضبي .. ولكني أيضا أملك حدسي الذي تزداد اشارات تواتره ارتفاعا تتوقع حادثا ما ..

لكن تسريب الفيديو الأخير الذي يكشف دور عقاب صقر في تسليح المعارضين السوريين يشير بشكل مثير للقلق الى أن عملية تصفيته صارت جاهزة من قبل مشغليه تماما كما حدث مع وسام الحسن تماما قبل أسابيع من تصفيته .. لكي تتم اضافة دمه الى رصيد الاتهامات المتراكمة ضد مايسميه جنرالات (الحئيئة) النظام السوري ..لأن التسجيلات لايملكها الا من هم في الحلقة الضيقة القريبة من عقاب والذين يسيرون معه كظله ويشكلون حوله ستارا حديديا يمنع الوصول اليه .. لذلك فان تسريب الفيديو لاغرض منه الا منح الثنائي سمير جعجع ووليد جنبلاط ونساء المستقبل قرينة قوية لتبرير اتهام النظام السوري بالجريمة القادمة (كما العادة) ..حيث نهر وليد جنبلاط يستعد لحمل صديقه .. عقاب صقر..ملفوفا بالكفن ..

وبالمنطق فان هذا الرجل في خطر ..فأكثر شخص مرشح حاليا لأن يدفع به الى نهر وليد بيك ليطفو ويصل الينا هو عقاب صقر بسبب رفعه اعلاميا الى هذا المستوى من الرصد والتورط في الدم السوري .. فقد أدى الرجل واجبه وانتهى من أداء وظيفته بشكل متقن .. وقد تم عصره استخباراتيا حتى النهاية ولم يعد له لازمة ..فهناك كثيرون صاروا أكثر قدرة منه على تقديم الخدمات وهم يتنافسون للحلول محله .. كما أن أوساطا كثيرة في المعارضة السورية صارت تحس بالاشمئزاز من دوره ومن تعاليه على البعض وملاطفته للبعض ماليا وسياسيا وتمييزه بينهم في الأدوار والحظوات والهدايا والتحويلات.. ولم يعد دوره توفيقيا وثوريا كما كان في البداية حيث كان يمارس الاحتيال الثوري والخداع وخبرة العلاقات العامة بما فيها العلاقات النسائية ..وربما أهم نقطة صارت ملفتة للنظر ان هناك من صار يجاهر بتحميله مسؤولية الفشل المتكرر والتفكك وسوء التدبير والادارة مما انعكس على أداء مايسمى الثورة السورية المعروفة أنها مليئة بالتصفيات والصراعات والنزاعات والتصفيات المتبادلة .. وكما هو الحال مع كل الساسة اللبنانيين فهم يخدمون المشاريع الخارجية أحياء وأمواتا .. وقد يبدو أن خدمته للمشروع الخارجي صارت أفضل بتقديمه كقربان آخر .. والقائه في النهر .. كما ألقي بوسام الحسن وألقي دمه الفاسد على ثياب السوريين ..عقاب صقر صار عبئا آخر من أعباء معسكر المؤامرة لاتساع دوره وتداخلاته والأهم لتشعب علاقاته الاستخبارية .. وهناك من يريد الحلول محله لقطف الثمار المالية والسياسية التي يقطفها .. وقد آن أوان استبداله على مايبدو.. وأدمغة الاستخبارات الكبرى لاتحب الابقاء على نفس الطاقم من الصغار .. الذين لايكبرون ولايتطورون ولاينجحون في أية مهمة

لاأدري ان كان هناك من يوصل الرسائل والنصائح لهذا الوطواط اللبناني الصغير .. انني لاأخفي حزني عليه سلفا لأنه مغفل آخر وغرّ ساذج وقربان بشري سينحر وسترمى فروته على أكتاف السوريين كالعادة بعد أن قاتل من أجل الحريري ومشاريع السعودية كما لو كان سيرث عرش السعودية .. انني لاأريد لعبة الموت أن تفرمه وأن يلقى على السوريين بعبء دمه الثقيل والفاسد والمخلوط بدم الشياطين .. كما أنني لاأحب تصفيات السياسيين مهما اختلفوا مع خصومهم .. لكنني أنصحه نصيحة خالصة بأن يبتعد عن ضفة النهر لأنني أرى حركة مريبة حوله وهناك من ينظر اليه لدفعه الى النهر .. نهر وليد جنبلاط لايحمل خصومه دوما بل قد يحمل أصدقاءه .. وأحبته .. ويحمل حتى الوطاويط ..

الوطواط وطائر الليل المظلم قد يرتطم في طيرانه الليلي بجسد وسام الحسن .. ليجد أنه طار فجأة في السماء .. وحمله نهر وليد بيك .. انه عقاب النهر للعقاب المتوطوط ..أو الوطواط المستصقر علينا.. أما وليد بيك فربما من المفيد أن ننصحه بأن يثق بأن لكل منا نهره الذي ينتظر هداياه .. وأنه يوما قد يطفو على الأنهار ان بقي واقفا على الضفة طويلا كصياد السمك الصبور لأن من ضحى بوسام الحسن وسيضحي بعقاب صقر سيجد فيه قربانا .. والسوريون لايريدون أن يروا أحدا يدفع وليد بيك ليسقط في ذلك النهر الرهيب ولايرغبون في رؤيته طافيا يحمله النهر .. لا لشيء الا كرمى لعيون الكرام أبناء الكرام من بني معروف .. ونصيحتي الخالصة له أن يتذكر أن من ينتظر أجساد أعدائه الطافية ليس زعيما وليس من بني معروف .. بل مجرد مريض نفسي مهووس بالثأر ولايستطيع أن يرى في الأنهار الا ناقلات جثث .. فيما الزعامات الكبرى ترى في الأنهار ناقلات الحياة..

وأخيرا .. لابد من القول بأن هناك أنهارا على غرار نهر وليد بيك جنبلاط تحمل أجساد الاوطان المقتولة .. بالأمس حمل نهر الأوطان المقتولة جسد وطن اسمه العراق .. ثم حمل الينا جسد امرأة من شمال افريقيا تسمى ليبيا .. وكانت عيون الغرب تجوس أعالي النهر تنتظر جسد صبية رشيقة جميلة تسمى سورية .. لكن أهل “سورية” سيقتلون النهر الذي يفكر أن يحمل جسدها ان قتلت وسيقتلون البحر أيضا .. فلذلك لن يحمل هذا الغضب نهر ولابحر .. وسينأى بنفسه عن هذه النار..

وسينتظر المنتظرون على الضفة كثيرا الى أن تصل جثة جزيرة من خليج العرب تتعفن بالرذيلة والخيانة .. منفوخة بالغاز .. لأنها تلعب لعبة ليس من مقاسها ولامن حجمها .. وهي في اللعبة الدولية من حجم ووزن الوطواط المستصقر عقاب صقر لاأكثر ولاأقل وبنفس الدور ..

ولايدري أحد فقد يحمل النهر يوما جثة امرأة الأناضول الكبيرة نفسها.. أم أردوغان ..فالأنهار عندما تصاب بالجنون لاتعرف ماذا تجرف معها ..

Syria TV Airs Images of Dead Lebanese Salafists: Not The Only Ones

The Lebanese Army revealed Sunday that shots were fired at 6:30 p.m. at its headquarters in Masharih al-Qaa by “gunmen from the Syrian side of the border, prompting soldiers to respond.” As the LA stated that there were no casualties, it stressed it’s boosting its presence in the area. Meanwhile, intense gunfire was heard Sunday night in Nahr Abu Ali, which overlooks Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen. Earlier in the day, Syrian state television broadcasted images of dead bodies for Lebanese extremist fighters who fell into the Syrian Army’s ambush Friday. In its Monday edition, al-Akhbar Lebanese daily mentioned that the Salafist group fighters were killed in Tal Sireen in their way to the Syrian town of Tal Kalakh, and that others in the group had been wounded. The daily’s sources said that the men planned to take a smugglers’ route from the Lebanese village of Hleit to Qalaat al-Hosn in Syria after dawn prayers Friday. The group fell into an ambush in Tal Sireen, on the way to Qalaat al-Hasan. They elaborated that “the young men, ranging in age from 18 to 25, went to Syria at the request of Kh. M., of Fatah al-Islam leaders.” “The leader was released recently and he moved to Syria to fight alongside the opposition,” they clarified, and noted that “he established what looks like an “Islamic” emirate in the area located near the city of Homs.” According to these sources, people close to Kh.M previously organized groups to be sent to Syria, based on his so-called call to “Jihad”. “Several individuals were sent for this purpose, before they send such a large number of young men at once,” the daily learned. In parallel, a remarkable position emerged from the family of Khodar Alam Dein, who was killed in the ambush.
